In Hawaii it's illegal to:

  • place a coin in one's ear.

In Idaho it's illegal to:

  • sweep debris into the streets.


In Illinois it's legal for:

  • minors who are in culinary school to drink alcohol.

In Indiana it's illegal to:

  • ride a horse above 10 MPH.

In Iowa it's illegal to:

  • throw a brick onto a highway you have written permission from the City Council.

In Kansas it's illegal to:

  • screech your car tires

In Kentucky it's illegal for:

  • a woman to marry more than three times.

In Louisiana it's illegal to:

  • send a surprise pizza.   $500 fine

In Maine it's illegal to:

  • park in front of Dunkin' Donuts.

In Maryland it's illegal to:

  • wear sleeveless shirts in public. The only exception: The "vagrants" who are allowed to visit the zoo while wearing sleeveless tops.
