What is so great about social media?  Why should small businesses be interested?

It's easy.  It's a relatively inexpensive and great way for small businesses to compete with larger competitors.  Small businesses can use social media marketing to:

  • Market their products and services
  • Expand their brand awareness

Social Media Marketing levels the playing field; with social media... everyone gets to play.

What can attendees expect to learn during your FREE workshops?

Lots of laughter, lots of knowledge.  Sometimes it's really hard being in a tech industry with certain terminology... so I really try to break it down.  I want to have everyone leave with a good understanding.  I love to empower the business owners ... we give them the knowledge that they can go do something, and that's the cat's meow, that's what really gets my blood pumping.  I'm very unfiltered, I give it to you straight.  If you need to start blogging, I'll tell you to start blogging.

Our workshops are step by step … we hold no secrets back.  I’d say you really get your money’s worth … but it’s even better than that, because you are only investing your time!  Our workshops are structured for group participatory; I love it when attendees come armed with lots of questions.  I want to know more about their business, what marketing they've done... we tailor a lot of the class to the attendees.  “I do really think it's important to me that attendees leave our workshops knowing the ceiling is limitless on what they can do.

Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook, blogging, Google Plus - all in addition to my website - how do I balance all of these?

We recommend that small business owners pick the best one(s) that provide the biggest bang for the buck.  Instead of being on seven different platforms, know who your niche market is and choose two social platforms where you niche market hangs out.  Guaranteed … one of those platforms should be Facebook.

We don't hold anything back; we reveal all the secrets in our workshops.  It's like pulling back the curtain on the wizard; I'll tell you anything you need to know – ask me anything!  You can't empower or inspire or motivate someone with only half the puzzle, it's about providing all the pieces so workshop attendees can have a full online marketing strategy.
