The speed of your website is very important. Since 2010 Google has considered how fast your website loads as a major ranking factor. And, this summer – in July, Google will begin to also consider how fast your mobile website loads as well. In short, the faster you site loads, the higher you site will show in the search engine results pages.

Sites that load slowly on mobile devices may be penalized by ranking lower in the search results. There are many different tools you can use to test the mobile speed of your website. Here are two that we encourage you to check out:
