If you're anything like Wendy and I generating new content for your website is a daily challenge. As you've heard Wendy rant during her workshops and seminars "Search Engines LOVE fresh content" or "You MUST have a blog! It makes updating your website so much easier"
Additionally, you're probably aware that bWyse is like the landscaper that never gets around to mowing his own lawn. Well, this year Wendy and I decided to make a commitment to being a better example of the techniques and strategies that we recommend, suggest and promote to our clients. We are going to blog more often and more regularly. For Wendy that means blogging a few times per week. For me, it means a goal of five times per week - Monday through Friday. Now, Wendy thinks you all will get tired of hearing from bWyse. Me, on the other hand, well, I think as long as we are writing useful, helpful information you will enjoy hearing from us more often. So - please help prove me right!
What has this got to do with marketing and holidays? Each month I will publish a list of all of the holidays for the upcoming month. Using holidays as inspiration for your website content is a terrific technique. Moreover you could choose one of the fun holidays and focus a small marketing promotion around it.
