Content Suggestions - Videos and photos - best type of content to post
 
Post towards the middle of the week, late morning and early afternoon.
 
  • Wednesday 11:00 am and 1 - 2:00 pm - best time to post
  • Wednesday is the best day to post
  • Sunday is the worst day to post
  • Tuesday 8 am - 3 pm best user engagements
  • Early mornings and late nights are the worst posting times

Content Suggestions - Use hashtags and emojis
 
Post after work, during the week.
  • Wednesday 11:00 am and Friday 10 am - 11 am - best time to post
  • Wednesday is the best day to post
  • Sunday is the worst day to post
  • Monday through Friday 9 am - 4 pm best user engagements
  • Early mornings and late nights are the worst posting times
